Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Labex Investments Zambia Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Labex Investments Zambia Limited provides laboratory equipment supply, installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, and related services. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Orders and Payments

Ordering

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are as specified in the quotation or invoice
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We accept various payment methods as agreed upon

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery
• Delivery charges may apply and will be quoted separately
• Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

Warranty

Equipment Warranty

Equipment warranties are provided by the original manufacturers. Warranty terms and duration vary by product and manufacturer. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.

Service Warranty

Our installation and repair services are warranted for 90 days from completion. This warranty covers workmanship only and does not extend to parts or equipment failure.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labex Investments Zambia Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific product or service
• Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control

Returns and Refunds

• Returns must be authorized in writing before shipment
• Products must be returned in original condition and packaging
• Restocking fees may apply
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving returned goods

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Labex Investments Zambia Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received in the course of business dealings. This obligation survives termination of the business relationship.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
